Dear friends,

It was in October when I was last in touch and almost ten months since I shared my first thoughts on coping with Covid-19.

As we approach the holiday season and the turn of the year, I would like to take this opportunity to update you again.

Since the outbreak and throughout the passing months we have adapted our business in line with all official Government guidelines and I am proud to say we have experienced no major health issues among our staff and colleagues.

Sadly though, we directly know or know of people who have lost loved ones and our thoughts are with them especially at this time of year.

In common with the whole industry, we have seen a downturn in business and we have adjusted to that along the way too, continuing to manufacture and fulfil orders on time while socially distancing.

We are grateful to all of you who are supporting us with new business and we will continue to meet your needs next year as we wait patiently for things to improve as vaccines are rolled out.

My thanks are also extended to our bankers who have been there for us and to the UK and US Governments who have provided some remarkable financial support packages.

An especially big thank you to all our staff who in the face of adversity have not flinched but supported the business, each in their own special way.

Always the indomitable promoter of our business, I would like to take this opportunity to provide advance notice of a new and exciting product option – the first of its kind in the sector – that will be mutually beneficial to large and small operators alike in the oil field industry.

Watch out for the announcement early in January.
